provides everything that one person needs to get started in bike to bike
communications.
Based on the ever popular Alan 456, the Midland G8 radio supplied in this kit is more advanced, more robust, uses over 900 channels and allows you to connect a second headset* to the one radio, allowing it to be used as a rider to pillion intercom as well as a bike to bike comms unit.
As an added bonus, if you run into trouble or if you need to get through to someone urgently, the radios "EMG" call function allows you to call all other G8 radios within range, regardless of what channels they are operating on.
